Essential Booking Tools for Your Live Band for Party Event in Atlanta

Step 1: Questionnaire
We use a questionnaire to best get all the details of the event that might not be covered in the contract. It will allow you to enter song requests and any do's and do not's you need to address for your event. It takes around 5 min to finish and can be done and revised at anytime up until 30 days of the event.
Step 2:
Print out or download the blank contract.
Step 3:
Option A: Print and fill out : use pen to fill out, once complete, then you can take a photo of it and email it to scottpaulk@gmail.com
Option B: Electronically fill out using adobe fill and sign to fill out electronically either on iOS or Android.
Performer will sign and return a conformation email that we have received and signed the contract.

At this point if both parties have signed the contract, and the deposit has been paid, the event is locked in.
